We promote the psychological wellbeing of individuals and families by providing scientifically efficient preventive and treatment care services. Our friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff will help inspire, educate and problem-solve for our clients.

The World Health Organization defines mental health as "a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community". In Nairobi Parenting Clinic our aim is to make sure that we help every client who comes to us to enjoy good mental health.

We achieve this through our effective Parenting Clinic (which offers coaching and parent training services) and the Nairobi mental health services medical center (which offers other prevention and treatment services)
